Do Schools Need a Formal ‘Twerking’ Contract for Students? [POLL, VIDEO]

Dennis and Judi opened the show discussing a new contract high students are being made to sign in Maryland to deter 'twerking.'

The school wants to prohibit any dance the moves that would make the student bend more than 45 degrees. How far will schools go after this? Will they eventually ban dancing all together?

According to the report below, students are giving a warning for their first offense and then could be banned for any future offenses.
