FEMA Public Relations Rep Scott Sanders Explains How to Get Assistance [AUDIO]

If you are in need of assistance due to losses incurred from Hurricane Sandy, this interview Jim conducted this morning with FEMA Public Relations Manager Scott Sanders may help you.

All 21 NJ Counties have been declared Federal disaster areas and are eligible for individual assistance through FEMA.

You can call the FEMA assistance line 1-800-621-FEMA or you can go to their website, DISASTERASSISTANCE.GOV. If you call the hotline, a representative will assist you in setting up a claim.  For website users, there will be a interface form to fill out that you will need to put in a physical address where forms can be sent to be filled out.
