First Assistant Atlantic County Prosecutor James McClain used the term to describe Craig Arno, on trial for murder, carjacking and other offenses, and his ex-girlfriend, Jessica Kisby, who pleaded guilty to murder and testified against her ex-lover.

They were charged with kidnapping and killing Martin Caballero of North Bergen from the parking garage of the Trump Taj Mahal casino in May 2010.

Arno's lawyer, Eric Shenkus, told the jury there's no forensic evidence tying Arno to the killing. The lawyer says Arno does acknowledge burning the victim's car, tampering with evidence, and stealing another car days later.
