Bulldog adoption – Roxy and Rebel need a home

A listener made us aware of a bonded pair of American Bulldogs in need of a home this week, and thanks to your interest they may soon find a new owner.

Roxy and Rebel are siblings who need "urgent placement with an adoptive family or rescue," according to staff at the Cumberland County SPCA, where they are located. The two were scheduled to be euthanized, but received a gracious extension allowing them to seek a new a little longer.

Many callers have expressed compassion for these dogs, but we've yet to hear whether they've been taken home or relocated to a non-kill shelter. If you've adopted them, we'd love to hear from you at 1-(800)-283-1015.
