
NJ married dad accused of creating deepfake child porn, sharing videos
⚠️ Prosecutors charged a Wyckoff married father of three after a weeks-long probe.

A 50-year-old Bergen County man is facing criminal charges, as police say he viewed and kept child pornography from the internet, created a deepfake of a minor victim, and also secretly recorded an adult intimate partner.
Brian C. Saracusa of Wyckoff is charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography and third-degree counts of possession of child pornography, creation of deceptive visual media, and invasion of privacy.
Saracusa is a married father of three and works as a television producer, according to his social media accounts.
The identities of the adult victim and minor subject of an alleged deepfake are not disclosed, as a matter of privacy.

Investigators seized seven digital devices during the search
After a weeks-long investigation, a search was carried out at Saracusa’s home on Tuesday, and seven digital devices were seized. At that point, he was arrested, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Investigators say Saracusa used the internet to create and distribute a computer-generated video of child pornography.
Police also accuse Saracusa of photographing and recording an adult on multiple occasions and in various states of undress without the adult’s consent or knowledge.

Television producer remains jailed, pending court appearance
Saracusa was being held at Bergen County Jail pending a first court appearance.
It was not immediately known whether he has retained an attorney.
According to online records, Saracusa is credited with production work on the television shows "Road Wars" (2022), "Jokers Wild" (2014) and "The Filthy Rich Guide" (2014).
Musella thanked the New York City Police Department for assistance with the investigation.
He also credited Wyckoff police and involvement of police from Hasbrouck Heights, Norwood, Waldwick and Washington Township through the Bergen County Cyber Crimes Task Force.
