The one traffic law in NJ that Dennis stresses the most

I feel like we have too many laws and too many traffic laws. However one law that I am definitely in favor of that makes a lot of sense is lights on when your wipers are on.

The past two mornings have been a great illustration of why you should do that. Fairly steady rain and low visibility on the highway makes it imperative to have your headlights on!
