Has New Jersey ever illegally parked in a handicapped space?

One of our favorite public servants, NJ state senator Paul Sarlo, got busted for illegally parking in a handicapped spot. With three public jobs, we can understand how he should be prioritized.

Quite the contrary actually. There's no excuse for parking in a handicap spot if you aren't disabled, even if it's only 27 degrees outside like today.
