Dennis on NJ gun laws: ‘We should learn from our neighbors in PA’
Hey sports fans, the latest score in the Levittown, PA game of armed robbers vs. armed citizens is Good Guys-2, Bad Guys-0.
Early this year another couple of thieves tried to rob a pharmacy at gunpoint with the same result. A pharmacist himself shot and killed the armed robber.
This time around, it was a customer in a pizza shop in the same neighborhood who was complying with the thugs orders to get on the ground. Thee bad guys started pistol whipping him and since he lives in Pennsylvania, he happened to be a gun owner who is licensed to carry and....happy ending to a scary story.
While across the river here in New Jersey, only a few miles from the scene of this attempted hold up, lawmakers in Trenton make sure that we can NEVER defend ourselves against such crimes. To me, that is criminal!
