Would you take a job for less money but more happiness?

A new Rutgers poll says that the majority of NJ workers are not happy in their job. Our pay and benefits have been cut and more pressure and stress has been added to many of our workloads.

Eric Scott, filling in for Jim Gearhart, recounted his own story of when he was younger and working an extreme amount of hours, including weekends and was not happy with his job. Eric wound up taking less money in another position and wound up being much happier for it.
