Missing West Orange College Student Body Found In River

A body found in the Schuylkill River has been identified as a Drexel University student from West Orange who disappeared after leaving a party on Friday night.

A body was discovered around 5PM Monday night in the river by the Spring Garden Street Bridge in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia according to WPVI TV. A short time later police identified the body as that of Stevens Glemaud.

Police do not believe that there was any foul play. The medical examiner is investigating the exact cause of death.

Glemaud was seen with friends at Green & 41st Sreet who tell WABC TV they last saw him around 3AM when he said he was returning to his dorm.

He was reported as missing  when his family came to pick him up on Sunday to return home for the summer and he was not there.
