French exchange students in New York city gathered Friday night in Union Square to honor those killed in Friday's terror attacks, the worst violence on French soil since World War II.
The moment was captured by Mashable's Brian Ries.
"The students huddled close together in a circle and held hands while singing the French national anthem, La Marseillaise, during the vigil," the Mashable report said.
