The Twinkies are Returning

The Twinkies are finally coming back! Although if you have the old ones from years ago, they’re probably still good.

Hostess has announced Twinkies will once again go on sale, beginning July 15 under new ownership and will launch all of its popular snacks in boxes that say, “The Sweetest Comeback In The History Of Ever.”

Hostess went under in 2012 after bitter battles with its unionized workers. When word first got out that Twinkies would be no more, it created a run, with people paying through the nose to get their hands on any remaining boxes.

As if Twinkies coming back wasn’t good enough news, here’s the cherry on top: a box of 10 will go for $3.99, the same as it cost per-bankruptcy. Now that’s a sweet deal.
