Thursday's high temperatures reached the mid to upper 80s, as warm as 88 at Newark Liberty International Airport.  Today will be around 90 or so, with some relief at the beaches.  We'll have sun,  hot and humid weather all day.  I think the earliest chance of a shower or gusty thunderstorm will not be until later this afternoon or early evening, which means the big Atlantic City Airshow which ends

The weekend forecast worked out reasonably well.  I said near 90 Saturday, but the only place that hit that mark was in far Southern New Jersey.  It was 88 degrees in Atlantic City, but only in the low 80s in Trenton and Newark.  It was a lot cooler due to some passing clouds...

High temperatures Thursday reached 80 degrees at Newark Airport.  I thought it might be a possibility and it happened.  79 degrees in Atlantic City and Trenton, and 77 in Wrightstown. Friday will be mostly to partly sunny with temperatures in the middle to perhaps the upper 80s...

Highest temperatures  Wednesday reached the lower 70s.  73 in Newark and Trenton.  74 in Wrightstown. The temperatures were a bit higher than I had predicted. A mix of sunshine and clouds developing Thursday.  There's a chance of a passing shower or even a thunderstorm...

High temperatures yesterday did not get out of the upper 60s.  66 in Newark, 67 in Atlantic City and Trenton and 68 in Mount Holly.  There were a few late day showers, mostly in Northern Jersey, but much of the rest of the state had little to no rainfall...

Monday's highest temperatures were generally in the middle 60s, although it reached briefly 70 far Southern New Jersey in Atlantic City.  There was over a half an inch of rain in Newark, but much less rain in many other locations.  The normal high temperature is 77 or 78 at this time...

The long holiday weekend forecast worked out reasonably well, although there were some showers and thunderstorms in parts of Central and Northern New Jersey on Saturday, which I didn't anticipate. I did anticipate them for Sunday.  And I expected Memorial Day to be rain-free, which was certainly the case...

High temperatures reached the low to middle 70s.  Trenton-Mercer County Airport was the highest at 75 degrees.  And we had between a half to three quarters of an inch of rain.  Today, after some early fog, we look for a shower or thunderstorm around, certainly in the morning, with the chance of another one in the afternoon...

Yesterday's high temperatures ranged from 59 at Newark, 60 in Atlantic City and up to 67 in Trenton.
