The New Jersey Chapter of the North American Deck & Railing Association (NADRA) has launched its annual campaign to find service members worthy of a free deck. The state chapter is participating in NADRA’s Deck for A Soldier Program, now in its sixth year.

The program is a community effort that expresses NADRA members’ appreciation for the service and dedication of the men and women of our armed forces. Materials and labor for the project are donated by members of NADRA, who cover every level of the deck, dock and railing industry—from builders to lumberyards, regional distributors, and product manufacturers.

To be eligible, entrants must be an active or recently discharged member of any of America’s Armed Forces, and must live in New Jersey. Recipients will be chosen based on several factors contained in an application that can be found at NADRA’s website: www.NADRA.org.

Questions about the program, or about NADRA, can be answered by calling NADRA’s national headquarters at 1-888-623-7248.

You can read more information about the organization below.
