Should War Should Have More Rules Like Football? [AUDIO]

Jim played a funny piece on air this morning that may have the answer to bringing more civility to future wars.

Legendary comedian Bill Cosby performed a skit years ago throwing out the idea that those political leaders involved in war should have more rules to follow, much like football. Obviously this is to give you a laugh but could you imagine if it were true?
