The sewer overflow caused the closure of beaches between  Stenton Place to Delancey Place according to WCAU TV. The Cape May Department of Health is testing the water and will make a decision tomorrow on reopening the beaches.

There is optimism among those who work on the beach. "It's a 24-hour process so it'll be closed today," said Chief Tom Mullineaux of the Ocean City Beach Patrol. "Hopefully tomorrow everything will be open and good" he tells WCAU TV.
