Two Dover residents were seriously were injured when a 19-year-old crashed into their motorcycle back in 2009. The driver was of the car was reading a text message from a female friend. That female friend is now part of the lawsuit as the victims' lawyer is saying that she aided and abetted the driver's negligence in the accident by sending the text message to the driver of the vehicle.
