
Newark Police Make Arrests In Post-Concert Attacks
Police have arrested and charged three teenagers in connection with a series of violent assaults that occurred after a concert at Newark's Prudential Center.
Police Director Samuel DeMaio says two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old were arrested Wednesday after police received a tip that they had been involved in Saturday's assaults. The three were arrested as they rode an NJ Transit bus on Broad Street.

They have been charged with rioting, aggravated assault, robbery and conspiracy.
Police said a gang of about 15 to 20 youths attacked people as they left a sold-out concert by the band Red Hot Chili Peppers.
One Pennsylvania man suffered a fractured eye socket and another man suffered a broken collarbone.
