Matt "Megatoad" Stonie took the championship title from eight-time winner Joey "Jaws" Chestnut at this year's Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island.

Stonie came in first place this year scarfing down 62 hot dogs and buns in the allotted time of 10 minutes while second place finisher Chestnut was only able to pack away 60. To show you how far ahead of the pack these two are, the next closest competitor was only at 32 when the time expired.

Afterward, Chestnut while smiling in defeat said, "I've been looking for competition for a long time and I finally have it," vowing to return next year he said, "He made me hungry."

Watch Matt "training" earlier in the year as he eats the Burritozilla in 2 minutes. Amazing!
