A Bergen County Sheriff's Officer is the latest member of the law enforcement community to pose for a picture with Justin Bieber.

It happened Sunday in Wood-Ridge, shortly after Bieber landed at Teterboro Airport. As Sheriff's Officer Rob Mantone was stopped at a red light on Route 17, he noticed a black Escalade pull up alongside him, according to the Daily Voice. As the officer rolled down the window Bieber, who was a passenger in the vehicle, identified himself and then asked if they could take a picture together, the article states.

The officer obliged and later posted the photo to his Facebook page, according to NJ Advance Media. It didn't take long after that for the image to show up on Bieber fan sites on social media.

Sheriff's Officer Spokesman Anthony Cureton said while Mantone "did nothing wrong," the department is not permitting the officer to be interviewed about the Bieber photo, NJ Advance Media reported.

Bieber, the 22-year-old Canadian pop star, has concerts scheduled fro this week in New York and Philadelphia. His picture with Mantone was not the first time he's posed for pictures with police. In recent weeks, Bieber has also been in photos with cops in Houston and Beverly Hills.
