Rolling Stone has caused quite the uproar over the past couple of days once the news broke that Boston bombing suspect Jahar Tsarnaev would be on the cover of Rolling Stone. But if you look back into the archives of the magazine, Tsarnaev isn't the first controversial figure to make the cover. In June 1970, one of the most feared serial killers, Charles Manson, made the cover of Rolling Stone.
