Help Dennis Create a Menu for the NJ1015 Cook Off Rematch

On April 24th, I will be facing off once again with Big Joe Henry in the rematch of the NJ101.5 Cook Off - Round 2. As I start to prepare for the rematch, I want your input as I'm pulling out all the stops to win in Round 2.

Last time, I narrowly lost in a very heated contest. This time I'm trying to figure out what appetizer and entree I should make to pull out the victory.
