Sting and Peter Gabriel just announced a Rock, Paper Scissors Tour. It pulls into Camden's waterfront at the BB&T Pavilion on June 26. The longtime buddies will play New York the next night at Madison Square Garden. Fans can expect the two artists to explore each other’s catalogues, performing together as well as uin individual sets. So, expect hits from The Police and Genesis plus their solo careers. Public ticket sales will open Jan. 25.
Janet Jackson fans are thrilled to hear the pop star is on the mend and still coming to Jersey this summer.
Jackson had to reschedule some winter dates after a recent health issue, but recently confirmed she's excited to get back on tour. Janet Jackson plays Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on June 11 and the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel on June 24. She also will play Newark's Prudential Center in August.
How could you not get fired up by a "Rock Hall Three For All" featuring Heart, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Cheap Trick?
Cheap Trick will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame this April and then come celebrate in Camden on July 31. The band returns in September to help close out the summer season in Holmdel.
And even sooner, enjoy a Jersey tradition to welcome back the warm weather. Richard Nader's 27th Annual Summer Doo Wop Concert is set for June 5 at NJ PAC in Newark.
