Officer Christopher Reeves' viewing is taking place at Lakeside Middle School in Millville. A memorial service will follow before a procession to Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Authorities say the 40-year-old died Sunday when his patrol car was struck by a vehicle that was being pursued after it had hit another police car.

Another patrolman in Christopher Reeves' vehicle was injured.

Authorities have charged 23-year-old Timothy Seidel of Commercial Township with aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide and aggravated assault.

Reeves is survived by his wife, who also is a Millville police officer, and their 2-year-old son.
