The New York Times has a great article that Jim discussed on air this morning regarding how members of Congress have special hotlines to call for assistance and are afforded "in-person support sessions" at the Congressional and legislative offices.

Do we have the same luxuries? Considering how many people are complaining about the website and how many people cannot get through on the phone lines, that is going to be a resounding NO.

But while you stress and strain over trying to navigate the websites and stay on hold waiting for someone to take your call,rest assured our lawmakers are taken care of folks.
