Judi was talking about a recent report that says less drivers are texting and driving.

Judi agreed that she sees less people texting while driving but thinks that the majority of people who do text while drive, wouldn't admit to it anyway because it has become so taboo to text and drive.

Judi illustrated on the air that NJ drivers have become an extension of the police and reprimand other drivers who they see using the phone while driving. Has that caused drivers who do text and drive to hide the fact that they do it? Probably so.
