For nearly 20 years, Jim has been preaching to the listeners one catch phrase to remember when they enter the voting booth and it's called 'GRIP.'

'GRIP' stands for Get Rid of Incumbent Politicians and that's what you should do when you head to the polls to ensure that NJ doesn't have career politicians. We can complain about politicians all we want but if we the voters keep voting them back in, we have no one to blame but ourselves.
