Gov. Chris Christie's bold Ice Bucket Challenge nominations left him three for three!

On Tuesday, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was nominated to complete the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by New Jersey Devils CEO Scott O'Neil. He proudly accepted, and with the assistance of his two kids, he helped raise awareness to strike out ALS - often referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Since he successfully completed the challenge, Christie continued to spread awareness by nominating three other public figures - Mark Zuckerberg, Cory Booker and the cast of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy Fallon was the first to respond during a live taping on August 12. Fallon and The Roots completed the challenge along with Rob Riggle, Horatio Sanz and Steve Higgins.

Next up: Cory Booker!

Finally, Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg took to his own network to complete the challenge.

Among the next round of nominees are The New York Jets, the mayors of Newark, Jersey City, Paterson and Camden, Bill Gates, Sheryl Sandberg and Reed Hastings.
