Christie comfortable with heavy New Hampshire focus
Gov. Chris Christie has spent 50 days campaigning in New Hampshire, where he's recently won critical endorsements.
With his laser focus there, his campaign has done little to create a visible presence into South Carolina and turn a potential victory into national momentum.
In South Carolina, Christie has no office open and a minimal grassroots network.
He's spent little time campaigning there or in other southern states that will hold primaries soon after.
Christie said he is comfortable with his heavy New Hampshire focus, suggesting Iowa and New Hampshire will winnow the field.
