Brick Mayor Ducey Discusses Red Light Camera Decision [AUDIO]

If there is one popular politician this morning in New Jersey, it is by far and away Brick Mayor John Ducey.

The mayor is being hailed after announcing yesterday that the red light camera program will not be renewed in Brick. Mayor Ducey did not feel that program increased safety. In fact, the mayor said that the cameras even sometimes caused more of a distraction to drivers.

Mayor Ducey came on the show this morning to discuss his decision with Jim and his reasoning for doing so. The mayor also discussed his press conference yesterday with Declan O'Scanlon to announce the cancellation. You can listen to this morning's interview in the audio player below.
