#BlueFriday: Watch Camden mother and daughter officers honored live in studio

This year I pledged to do something not only for the show but something that the audience can relate to and get behind. So every Friday is known as #BlueFriday. #BlueFriday is where we celebrate a NJ police officer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help others.

This week's Blue Friday honorees are an amazing team! We are honoring a mother and daughter team, who protect the streets of Camden. Lt. Linda Alicea and her daughter Cynthia Melendez are this week's honorees, that became the first mother daughter team to serve on the Camden police force.

Lt. Alicea and officer Melendez will be joining me live in studio to tell their story live on air and be honored live. You can watch the interview live in the YouTube clip above.
