Alimony in New Jersey

No one is attempting to leave a young mother with kids in a lurch by taking away any safety nets in helping her get back on her feet and earn her own way after a divorce. It's the brat who feels entitled to lifelong take care of me forever alimony (often simply because the divorce has hurt someone's feelings and it becomes punitive) which is the problem, and that form of perpetual alimony which is the target here.
