A perv, the Giants’ owner and a school — Who’s the Jersey Jerk of the Week?

It's time to bring back a feature I used to have a lot of fun: The "Jersey Jerk of the week" That's where I give you three candidates and you pick the winner ... or should I say loser?

This week the choices are so bad that we actually have a whole school involved — so here goes.

First up is a 22-year-old pervert accused of sexual assault on a 6-year-old. He's claiming she came on to him, thus making HIM the victim! Good luck with that defense. Say hello to David Baten!

Our next "misguided" candidate stood by his kicker through a one game-suspension for domestic abuse then released him a week later, after 165 pages of testimony revealed so much more. Please welcome Giants owner John Mara ... with an honorable mention for Roger Goodell.

Last but not least, this Maplewood elementary school will not allow its students to dress in Halloween costumes citing diversity of the student body. Let's hear it for Seth Boyden Elementary school!
