Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon (R) is exploring the idea of allowing traffic engineers to set speed limits, taking it out of the hands of politicians.
There would be a proven scientific formula used which could see speeds set as high as 75 MPH on New Jersey’s interstates and the Garden State Parkway. How fast can you (legally) go on interstates around the country?
