I've said in the past that I'm digging in for the long haul here in New Jersey. No matter how bad it may get, I was born here, I live here and I want to stay here. One of the people who will be here for the long haul with me is Joe Piscopo.

Joe called in to the show today to talk about what goes on in the Piscopo household for Christmas. "Forget the turkey on Christmas Day, please! It's all about the lasagne!" But the biggest excitement for Joe comes from being a dad and prepping for Christmas. "Christmas Day is all about me. Daddy's gotta do the whole thing. I have a big Christmas with all the kids. So now I'm doing the whole thing. By the grace of God Bill Spadea, I think I nailed it, we're done, we're ready we're wrapped, we're locked we're loaded for Christmas morning.

But for Piscopo, Christmas is more than just family, it's the season to help out local NJ charities as well, one in particular. "I'm the proud spokesperson for the Boys & Girls Clubs of NJ. So if you're thinking and you're in a charitable mood, we'd love you to help out the kids of NJ. These great kids are stars."
