Apparently a patrol officer's car was hit and this bystander saw the entire thing while he in the process of "going to get a piece of burger from Burger King."

We don't even know what to say about it other than that you just have to watch the interview for yourself because it is priceless. How these reporters kept it together while trying to ask more questions about it is beyond us.
