Can You Help Ace, Amber, Jules, Baby Find Homes? [NJ Pets of the Week]

NJ101.5 has partnered with local animal rescue organizations EASEL Animal Rescue League and Sammy’s Hope to feature adoptable local pets in need of homes.

Help us find these pets homes by sharing this info with family members, friends who may be interested in adopting a shelter pet.

Adopt Jules

In his first few weeks of life, Jules was the smallest of the litter of five, but he has caught up and surpassed most of his siblings. He has a big personality and he’s right there with his brothers and sisters when someone comes in to visit, and he can often be found climbing up the scratching post or the door of his crate.  His coat is soft as silk, mostly black with just a few white hairs on his chest and a faint stripe across his belly. He turns his little nose up at wet food, and dives right into the bowl of kitten chow. Jules is ready for adoption.

Adopt Amber

Amber is a sweet purring machine with lovely amber eyes to mesmerize her loved ones. She is shy at first but very interested in making friends. This lovely sweet girl is looking for a home. She is very good with other cats and would be a great companion.

Adopt Baby

This gorgeous boy was surrendered by a family high on love and food, but not on walking. Baby is currently overweight but in good health. His foster parents are walking him three times a day and he plays with his canine housemate all the time. You would think Baby couldn't move well but thankfully he is still full of energy, life and love to give to his health-conscious forever parents.  Baby has lost 4 pounds, which is 10 percent of his goal already and he's still going strong!

Adopt Ace

Ace is a great walker. He's very observant of the things around him and will stop to smell the proverbial roses. He's good with other dogs. He is very strong-willed, so he does need a firm hand.
