What is the Most Romantic Way You Proposed or Were Proposed to?

Judi Franco discussed romantic proposals during today's show and although many of the stories were very cute and original, one marriage proposal sparked the entire topic.    Judi read about this proposal this morning and decided to do an entire topic out of it. Check out what this guy went through to propose to his girlfriend.

The man, along with some 200 other bikers stopped traffic on a Southern California Freeway so that he could propose to his girlfriend in the middle of the road.
