What is a Traffic Turtle?

During today's show, Dennis & Judi were discussing when neighbors take matters into their own hands, such as attempting to control speeding, by putting up signs to slow people down. Dennis asked Judi if she has ever seen a Traffic Turtle before, and Judi seemed just as confused as the rest of us.

Turns out what Dennis was referring to was something called a Step2 Kid Alert sign, which depicts a little boy holding a flag. We definitely understand how this sign could be misconstrued as a turtle, and our producer Dan Tantillo backed up Dennis' reasoning by comparing the sign to the popular children's cartoon, Franklin & Friends.
