Trucker pulls over officer for reckless driving [Video]

A truck driver noticed a police officer was allegedly speeding on a wet road and talking on his cell phone. The trucker took matters into his own hands and pulled the officer over.

The trucker named Brian Miner pulled the officer over to confront him about the way he was driving.

The officer originally stated that he was going to give Miner a ticket for blowing his horn but eased off of that when Miner alerted the officer to the fact that their conversation was being recorded.
