Union Township (Hunterdon)

Police say two Phillipsburg residents had sex with a child under the age of 16 in Union Township.

In the last year, the volunteer fire department has had to put down both of its original K-9s. Officials have estimated the cost for training and care for just one new dog to be about $35,000.
