Jim was discussing this topic earlier this morning where in Flemington the police have new scanners that can obtain information about a driver just by the simple check of a license plate.

Almost every day listeners will call into the Dennis and Judi Show to let  everyone know of a police check that is taking place on one of New Jersey's roads.  Dennis and Judi will then make New Jersey drivers aware of any police checks that are taking place by announcing them over the air.  They have just created a new way to relay this important information to listeners.

Its just a fact that traffic-related fatalities increase around the holidays...especially around the New Year.  And, yes, "Big Brother" is watching.

Every Monday morning, we ask "where are you now?' and inevitably, Vinnie from Hazlet calls from his driveway, where he sits and smokes, listening to our show to escape his wife. It occured to Dennis and me, that if he dies of a smoking related disease we may be sued by the grieving wife...
