For the second year in a row, a Hackettstown-based roofing company is participating in the national "No Roof Left Behind" initiative, designed for local contractors to give away a new, free roof to a deserving family in their service area.
In a continued crackdown on non-compliant home improvement contractors, 26 have been cited for violations by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, which is seeking a total of $251,602 in penalties and consumer restitution.
