driving paranoia

We occasionally talk about what things make you paranoid on the road. Whenever I come across one I take a picture if I can. From the category of 'what could possibly go wrong?' comes this image.

We've talked before about 'driving paranoia'. Things like what if that car carrier suddenly lost one of those shiny new cars right in front of you? What if a tire comes right off that truck? What if someone throws something from that overpass?

You know those times Bill and I have taken calls on people's 'driving paranoia'? Like the creepy 'what if' thoughts when you're going under an overpass and you think 'what if some jerk throws a cinderblock down?' Or when you're behind a car carrier 'what if one of those suckers came loose right now?'

You know how we occasionally talk about "driving paranoia", things that are very unlikely to happen to you on the road yet you think about them? I'm coming to work today when I had this guy in front of me.
