A Bradley Beach lifeguard was rescued Thursday afternoon by fellow beach patrol members when he was knocked from a paddle board by a wave sending him to the ocean floor.
Roughly 30 residents were displaced when an electrical fire broke out at a Bradley Beach apartment building, but authorities say no serious injuries were reported.
