State Officials Warning Trick-or-Treaters of Novelty Contact Lenses

The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs are warning trick-or-treaters to stay away from novelty contact lenses that are designed to change the eye's appearance.  The contact lenses are said to cause infections and even permanent vision loss in some cases.
