Spadea on underage drinking age — Either embrace it or change it

If the legal drinking age is 21 why do we have booze being served at fraternity and sorority houses and eating clubs?

Special privilege for those who go to college? Although 72% of HS grads go to college only 82% graduate HS. So it's there's a huge number of teens left out of the college protection umbrella.

You have two choices how to fix the problem. Either you tie federal money to maintaining an alcohol free campus OR lower the drinking age to 18.
