The weekend turned out beautifully and the highest temperatures were Sunday, where it reached 65 to 70, at least away from the ocean.

We're going to get some rain over the next 24 hours, certainly across most of the state today and tonight. And, at least, part of the state tomorrow.

High temperatures today will be no better than the low 60s and only be in the 50s near the ocean.

Some of the rain later today and the first part of tonight could be heavy at times, especially in South Jersey.

Now, Tuesday we start off with some spotty light rain or drizzle.  We may see the rain come to an end, especially in Central and North Jersey.  I'm not sure about South Jersey.  Actually, we have a conflict in Guidance.

The GFS wants to have us dry out very quickly during the day tomorrow. The NAM wants to have us wet, at least for the first part of the day.  So, you can see the dilemma that we have.

So, we'll certainly say the first half of the day will have some light rain or drizzle, and then we may dry out after that.

Hopefully drying out even more for Wednesday.
