The fire at the Lakeshore Drive home in Parsippany was reported early Wednesday. Morris County prosecutors say the 27-year-old Morz was arrested at the scene, but authorities did not disclose a possible motive.

One resident of the home suffered minor injuries when they tried to extinguish the fire.
