Gas Prices Could Rise Soon
The honeymoon could soon be over when it comes to the price at the pump.
AAA Mid-Atlantic reports New Jersey's price for a gallon of regular gasoline dropped by $0.01 from a week ago to end at $3.24. That's $0.04 less than the national average and $0.18 less than the Garden State price a year ago.
The Trenton area reported the highest price at $3.31 per gallon. Cape May County came in lowest at $3.20.
Industry analysts expect the price of gas to rise this month as refineries reduce production to perform seasonal maintenance.
